The awkward bits, answered
We'll tell you. The consultation is free and sometimes the honest answer is that a process fix or a cheaper tool solves it. We'd rather lose a small project than sell you something that doesn't pay for itself.
The build is a one-off fee. Running costs depend on usage — the AI provider and any third-party services bill separately, and we show you those estimates in the quote. An optional monthly retainer covers ongoing tuning and support.
We quote the change before doing it. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you haven't approved in writing first.
