- Our website sets no cookies. It stores items on your device only if you open the chat assistant: a chat session ID, and a copy of the conversation that is deleted when you close the browser tab.
- No analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, fingerprinting or social media plugins.
- Our fonts are stored on our own website, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or any other font service.
- If we ever add non-essential cookies, they will stay off until you actively agree.
02The rules we followArt. 5(3) ePrivacy
Storing information on your device, or reading information already stored there, is only allowed if:
- it is strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly asked for, or to transmit a communication; or
- you have given prior consent that is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and as easy to withdraw as to give.
These rules come from Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), implemented in Romania by Art. 4(5) of Law No. 506/2004, with the consent standard set by Arts. 4(11) and 7 of the GDPR. In the Republic of Moldova, Law No. 195/2024 sets the same standard for valid consent. Where cookies involve personal data, our Privacy Policy applies too.

Nothing is stored on or read from your device unless you open the chat assistant. When you do, the chat saves a session ID it needs to carry on the conversation you started, and a copy of that conversation in your browser tab so it stays in place from page to page. Both are strictly necessary for a service you explicitly asked for, so the consent requirement in Art. 5(3) ePrivacy does not apply, and we don’t show a cookie banner. Nothing is used for analytics or advertising.
04Fonts
Our pages use the typefaces DM Sans and Space Grotesk. The font files are stored on our own website and delivered by our hosting provider together with the rest of the page, so your browser doesn’t contact Google Fonts or any other font service. Fonts involve no cookies and nothing is stored on your device.
05The chat assistant
The chat button in the corner of every page does nothing in the background. The chat only loads once you click it. At that point:

So the conversation stays with you when you move to another page, the chat also keeps a copy of it in your browser tab. Once you have opened the chat, it loads again on every page you visit in that tab, as you left it — open or closed.

The ID doesn’t identify you by name and isn’t used to track you across websites. How we handle the conversation itself is explained in our Privacy Policy. To remove the ID, clear this site’s data in your browser (section 08); the copy of the conversation is removed when you close the tab.
06Links to other websites
When you follow a link to Instagram, a client’s website or any other site, that site may set its own cookies. Their cookie and privacy policies apply from that point, not ours.
07If this ever changes
If we add analytics, embedded content or any other non-essential cookie or tracker, we will:
- show a consent banner before anything non-essential loads, with “Accept” and “Reject” equally prominent and nothing pre-ticked;
- keep a link on every page so you can change or withdraw your choice at any time;
- update this policy with each cookie’s name, provider, purpose, duration and whether it is first- or third-party;
- keep a record of consents so we can show they were validly given (Art. 7(1) GDPR);
- ask for your choice again at least every 12 months.
